Terms and Conditions

1. Only persons over 18 and resident in Ireland (excluding Northern Ireland) may take part in this promotion.
2. Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
3. Employees (and their families) of Sony Ireland and all 3rd party agencies connected to this contest are not eligible to enter.
4. Each participant who enters the competition does so by entering their name, city and email address that will identify them as a unique entrant.
5. Participants may invite friends by entering their name and email upon which they will have to enter their name, city and email address once they enter the site.
6. Only one entry is permitted per person.
7. Admission to the competition is deemed to constitute your acceptance to these terms and conditions and that you have read and agree to be bound by them.
8. The closing date for this competition is midnight on Monday 27th July 2009.
9. First prize is a signed Gibson SG Guitar.
10. The train with the most passengers will be deemed the winner.
11. First prize will be awarded to one person drawn at random.
12. Four other passengers will each receive ten AC/DC back catalogues. Prize winners will be drawn at random.
13. Prize winners will be notified via email by 31st July 2009.
14. Winners of prizes should claim their prize no later than 3 months after notification otherwise Sony Ireland reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner.
15. Prize is not transferable. If for any reason the prize is unavailable Sony Ireland reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent value.
16. Sony Ireland reserves the right to change the rules or void the competition at any time.
17. In the event of a copy error (obvious or otherwise) which affects the competition in any way, Sony Ireland reserves the right to administer the competition as though the error had not occurred having informed the entrants, through the original media, of the original text.
18. Sony Ireland's decision is final in all matters concerning this competition. It is a condition of entry to the competition that the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions on any matter whatsoever arising out of or connected with the competition.
19. Upon entering the competition all entrants are automatically signed up to the Sony Ireland database and all entrants will be deemed to have consented to such by accepting these Terms and Conditions. Each entrant will receive occasional emails about our promotions if they choose to opt in. Upon receipt of each email there will be an option to unsubscribe from the email offers database.
20. Your personal details and email address will solely be used for Sony Ireland marketing activity.
21. The prize is not in conjunction with any other offers.
